The Romo Challenge

Guys,

I know it’s been a while since I’ve been posting . . . but now is the time to get up off the couch, quit drinking the soda, get ready to take your shirt off and surf in the sun.

So let me introduce you to the Romo Challenge to help you lose 7 pounds in 7 days. . . here’s how it goes:

  • Replace two meals per day with Lean1 (go to www.freelean1.com)
  • Your third meal should include fresh veggies, lean protein, and fiber rich carbs
  • Snack on fresh fruits or veggies if you are hungry between meals

Exercise Program:

  • 100 push ups or more a day
  • 100 sit ups or more a day
  • 30 minutes or more brisk walk or jog

Ok guys, I gotta say this is pretty damn easy.  Now I also gotta say, consult your physician prior to starting any exercise or diet program.  If your a couch potato, consult your mom prior to starting.  The rest of you, how about you get off your lazy butts and get ready to rock!
